From 2018 to 2023 I contributed to a vibrant body of marketing work for Custom Ink that blended strategic thinking with creative execution to elevate brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support sustained customer and company growth.

My role as Graphic Designer included marketing campaign development, photography art direction, image post production, and cross-channel storytelling that translated product features into compelling reasons for customers to design, purchase, and mobilize their communities around shared ideas and causes.

Custom Ink digital marketing campaigns spanned full-service creative and production duties; everything from art direction and storyboarding, to photoshoot direction, product and talent styling, and of course designs — translated from initial concepts into polished layouts for digital assets such as emails, web and landing pages, presentation slide decks, social media, and web banners.

Print collateral was a vital touchpoint between the Custom Ink brand and real people. I was responsible for designing pamphlets, posters, mailers, and other customer-facing materials, I translated strategic vision into tangible pieces that lived in the real world, and interacted directly with our customers.

Retail Design

Retail design included the creation of a cohesive storefront window display system, complete with guidelines to support consistent execution across multiple locations. This work extended into trade show event design, where I translated brand and product stories into engaging physical environments that attracted, informed, and connected with customers.
